Parish councils in the UK are now required to have websites that adhere to W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelnes WCAG 2.1 AA. Having paid good money for an accessible website many parish councils immediately break their accessibility by uploading content in the form of non-accessible PDF documents. Troutfly Internet offers a design and maintenance service that maintains the accessibility of parish council websites. For councils that maintain their own websites we convert non-accessible PDF ducuments into accessible format. Councils then upload these documents themselves.
